Log Message:
Hat: Replace output-trace links in memory with file archives.
  * The file outputtrace.c is now obsolete.
  * Output chars now get copied to the HatOutput file.
  * Traces for output chars now get written to the HatBridge file.
Also, some minor changes to the C typedefs CNmType CTrace.
