WinHugs, resource tidy up

Hi,

The old resource file had kept accumulating things forever, including
lots of things that were unused. This patch removes those unused
elements. It also has the effect of reducing the end binary by 20Kb.

In addition, the winhugs/resource directory contains the following unused files:
