process for this.<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>There's not much of a process I'm afraid. I usually send out and email to cabal-devel@, asking for people to build binaries and send them to me. I build some myself. Ideally at least one binary would be built by the release process itself (and the others perhaps by build bots).</div></div></div></div>
