 Currently nobody finds the cabal user guide or the other useful info on
 the cabal home page. The links on how to install and create cabal packages
 should be moved to the hackage info page.

 Generally there are too many places to find mostly the same information.
 We've got the hackage pages, the hackage wiki and the cabal web site.
