[arch-haskell] Call for someone to take over ArchHaskell!

Thanks for the intro, Magnus. This will be a new experience for me and
force me to start using Haskell regularly again, so please be patient with
me. Since my Arch machine isn't updating anymore because I dont want to
switch to the Arch community repo for Haskell packages I hope to have this
all set up some time next week.
